(WWLP) - A line of heavy showers and thunderstorms moved from west to east across Western Massachusetts Saturday night.

The storms intensified over eastern New York as they moved into Berkshire County.

They produced gusty winds around 40 mph and heavy downpours as they passed through the Pioneer Valley.

The storms also produced some lightning.

Seasonable fall weather will move in on Sunday.
