Snow Slows Wichita

WICHITA, Kansas (KSNW) - Wheels spinning in the snow was a common sight around Wichita, Kansas Thursday leaving many who dared to drive stuck.
Most of the state woke up to heavy snow that started slamming Kansas before dawn. The heavy snow made it difficult to drive.
"It's crazy. I wasn't expecting this today. Maybe on Christmas, but not now, we don't want this stuff now," said John McCoy, Wichita resident.
Authorities are asking folks to stay off the roads if they don't have to go somewhere.
