ROCHESTER, Minn. (NBC/KTTC) - In Rochester, Minn., construction began on a bar -- one that you can literally go to have a drink and chill.
It's an ice bar right in the middle of downtown.
It's part of the 11th annual Winterfest that takes place throughout the next couple of weeks.
This bar is one of seven that are being constructed. Each bar will have a theme along with a signature drink.
