Severed head in edible 'murder scene'

Promoting horror movie "The Helpers" in London

LONDON (NBC/RTV) - London hosted a grisly promotional stunt last week, so the video with this story may be a bit disturbing for some.

To promote the home video release of the horror movie "The Helpers," an edible murder scene was set up in London's east end.

The centerpiece was a cake shaped like a severed head.

Other edible body parts were also on offer, along with a cocktail that looked like blood.

But there was one thing that even the most stout-hearted horror fan found to be a bit much.

"The vomit cocktails -- maybe a step too far?" said the fan. "Not for me. Blood fine, Vomit? No, thanks!"
