(CNN) - Families come in all shapes and sizes.

But, one family in Huntington Beach, California is nothing short of super-sized.

Believe it or not, the head of the family has adopted 50 children. It takes two houses to shelter them all.

Many of the children have special needs and range from age from six to 31 and comes from places as close as Orange County and as far away as Siberia.

They do 60 loads of laundry a day. The mother recently gathered $100,000 on a new reality show where people simply request cash for this or that. The money will pay for a wheelchair-accessable van to transport the boys.
