CARRABELLE, Fla. (NBC) - Some Georgia fisherman had a rather big encounter with a rare shark.
During a fishing trip off the coast of Carrabella, Fla., the group came in close contact with a whale shark.
The 25-foot fish apparently didn't mind the fisherman, hanging around the boat for about an hour.
The whale shark is the largest fish species and is currently listed as a vulnerable species.
