Level 1
Records and information on level 1 offenders or those the state determines to be low risk are kept by the department, but are not available to the public and, by law, CANNOT be displayed on WWLP.com.
Level 2
Citizens can go to the police department directly & request information on level 2 or moderate risk sex offenders. By law, this information CANNOT be posted on WWLP.com.
Level 3
Level 3 offenders are considered the most dangerous with a high likelihood of committing another crime. Detailed information on these offenders IS posted on WWLP.com.
