Level 2 Citizens can go to the police department directly & request information on level 2 or moderate risk sex offenders. By law, this information CANNOT be posted on WWLP.com. Level 3 Level 3 offenders are considered the most dangerous with a high likelihood of committing another crime. Detailed information on these offenders IS posted on WWLP.com.
