Tips to maintain beautiful healthy hair:
Avoid hot water rinses to your hair (hot water dulls the hair, causes the hair to fall out and steal the shine from the hair (use lukewarm or room temperature water)
To stimulate circulation brush your hair gently everyday to different directions. If you have curly hair, brush before washing hair
If you are drying your hair with a blow dryer or a flat iron, minimize the heat to the scalp and don't pull on the hair (too much heat causes the hair to fall out).
Eat foods that contribute to healthy hair and scalp. Beauty always starts from within; feed your body with whole foods and plenty of rich green vegetables such as organic kale and spinach and good healthy fats such as Avocado, olive oil, Ghee and coconut oil and good protein such as Beans, nuts and seeds. Also hydration is key to keep the cells happy and functioning well and of course getting enough rest rejuvenate and renew our cells and all of the above help improve our mood.
