CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts is asking the community to help raise awareness about the issue of hunger in our country, and it's as easy as getting dressed in the morning. Megan Pete, Director of Development & Marketing at The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts joined us to share more.
About The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts:
At The Food Bank's headquarters in Hatfield, employees will dress in orange on September 5th and will encourage community partners, volunteers, friends and family to do the same. We encourage people to share pictures and stories through Social Media about how they are demonstrating their support. Members of the press are invited to The Food Bank's Hatfield headquarters for interviews and photo opportunities.
