Pan Roasted Misty Knoll Chicken Breast
- 1 chicken breast, 12 - 14 oz (with skin)
- ¼ cup swiss chard (stems removed)
- ¼ cup oyster mushrooms
- ¼ cup cippoline onions whole, approx. 6 - 8
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup parsley (blanched)
- ½ cup basil (blanched)
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 tbl butter
- 2 sprigs of thyme
