WILBRAHAM, Mass. (WWLP) - A 21 year-old man from Ludlow was arrested Wednesday for allegedly breaking into condos in nearby Wilbraham.
Christopher C. Drummond, Jr. is facing two counts of breaking and entering during the nighttime, unarmed burglary, and receiving stolen property over $250.
Police Sgt. Edward Lennon told 22News that on Monday, a resident of the Woodcrest Condominiums on Boston Road called police saying someone had tried to enter their home through a window, but had run away. Two other Woodcrest residents told police that their homes had been entered as well.
Police were unable to find a suspect after their initial search, but Lennon says that an investigation by officers ultimately led them to Drummond. He was arrested Wednesday after police obtained a warrant.
He will be arraigned Thursday in Palmer District Court.
