PITTSFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - There's been a change in the way a local prosecutor wants to try three murder suspects.
Berkshire District Attorney David Capeless now want to hold three separate trials for the three men. Originally, he wanted to hold a single trial for all of them, saying that multiple trials would be a burden for taxpayers.
Adam Lee Hall, David Chalue and Caius Veiovis are all charged with killing David Glasser, Edward Frampton and Robert Chadwell.
Attorney Capeless will only say that new evidence has led him to changing his mind. A judge will now have to rule on how to try the three suspects.
