Being a musician searching for instruments is difficult, and finding a place to learn to play can be even more so. But there is a couple of options right in downtown Greenfield.

Shane Chatterton opened up Sonic Creations about a year ago. He says there is wide range of clientele that come in looking for equipment, tune ups, and lessons.
"First lesson is always free then it's $15 per half hour there afterwards. We offer a lot of setup repairs. Just all the things musicians are going to need on a daily basis."
For some musicians 22News spoke with, it's not exactly about the gear you're buying it's about who you're buying it from."
Steve Shashy is a law student interning in Greenfield, but he's also a musician that was glad to find a place that had what he was looking for.
