WESTFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Three Civil Air Patrol Cadets from the town of Palmer kept it all in the family as they showed their commitment to the Air Force Auxiliary.
James Paul of Palmer and his two sisters took part in Cadet Aerospace Education Program at Barnes Municipal Airport in Westfield.
What they're learning, may one day help them find and rescue plane crash victims.
Paul is a part of a large contingent of young cadets who serve with the Westover Civil Air Patrol.
"Civil air patrol is almost like pre-air force. Kids learn a lot of things about the military."
The Air Force Auxiliary Civil Air Patrol at Westover was founded more than fifty years ago.
