SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - The parents of pizza delivery driver stabbed to death in December of 2007, while making a deliver, lost a civil suit against Domino's Pizza Wednesday.
The family of 20-year-old Corey Lind filed the suit against the chain for failing to protect its drivers.
Kevin Withers of Egan, Flanagan and Cohen, the law firm that represented the family, told 22News jurors determined Domino's was not liable.
Withers said the family took the issue to court to raise awareness of the dangers drivers face.
Alex Morales was found guilty of first degree murder for robbing, kidnapping and killing Lind.
