SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Doug Morse, the brother of Holyoke's mayor, was ordered held on $100,000 bail during his arraignment Monday morning for his alleged role in a Longmeadow bank robbery.
Morse entered a not guilty plea during his appearance at Springfield District Court late Monday morning.
