HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - 18-year-old Jonathan Ramos was identified Tuesday as the Connecticut River drowning victim in Holyoke.
The teen fell from a place known as "High Rock" in Holyoke into the Connecticut River and never came up.
A diver found his body an hour and a half later.
Holyoke Mayor Alex Morse told 22News the proceeds from the sale of "I am Holyoke" t-shirts will go towards paying for funeral arrangements for Ramos.
