WARREN, Mass. (WWLP) - The search for clues in the unsolved disappearance of Molly Bish continues in Florida this week. Spokesman for the Worcester District Attorney, Tim Connolly told 22News Detectives from the Massachusetts State Police are in Florida this week searching the contents of a trailer that was once the home of Rodney Stanger.
Stanger is currently serving a 25 year sentence for killing his girlfriend Chrystal Morrison. Morrison's sister brought new evidence to the attention of authorities when she discovered them inside of Stanger's trailer.
Police say they spoke with Stanger in 2008 and he was a person of interest in the unsolved disappearance and death of Bish. Bish disappeared from her lifeguard post at Comins Pond in Warren in 2000. Her remains were found nearby three years later.
Stanger once lived in the same area of Massachusetts as the Bish family and bears a resemblance to a suspicious man seen near the pond before Molly disappeared.
