NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) - The Young at Heart Chorus has traveled the world but there's only one place they call home, Northampton.
They returned home for a sold-out concert at the Academy of Music.
It was all to benefit the Northampton Survival Center which runs two food pantries in Northampton and Goshen.
Don Frank of Northampton told 22News, "The fact that they're here for the survival center once again reminds everybody just how intrigal they are to the entire community and not just for their own specific population."
The "Dire Honeys" started off the night with some folk music. Then, wrapping up the night were the real young at heart, kids from the Whole Children after-school enrichment program in Hadley.
