(WWLP) - Mass Gaming & Entertainment LLC (Rush Street Gaming) asked the Massachusetts Gaming Commission for more time to decide if it will choose to move forward with a slots parlor or a resort style casino.
Gaming Commission Communications Director Elaine Driscoll told 22News "They have communicated to the Commission a desire to continue to keep their options open as to whether or not to pursue a casino or slots license."
Driscoll adds the Commission will address it at next week's meeting to determine whether or not that is a feasible request.
The Gaming Commission had set a Monday deadline for Rush Street Gaming and PPE (Cordish Companies)
to decide which license they will pursue.
