BOSTON, Mass. (WWLP) - Dzokar Tsarnaev remains hospitalized at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston Sunday morning in serious, but stable condition.
This is following multiple shootouts with police as they attempted to capture him on Thursday night and Friday.
Saturday afternoon governor Deval Patrick said Tsarnaev is not yet able to communicate, but he hopes the young man will soon be able to answer the question of why.
The governor states "I and I think all the law enforcement professionals are hoping for a host of reasons that the suspect survives because we have a million questions. those questions need to be answered."
A justice dept source says Dzhokar will will face federal terrorism charges, and may also face state murder charges. He may be charged before he leaves the hospital.
