NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WPRI) - A new report shows former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez installed a state-of-the-art security system in his home this spring because he was was worried about someone breaking in.
The Boston Herald reports that Hernandez's live-in girlfriend told police they had recently installed the video surveillance system.
Police said a security expert visited the home in May because Hernandez wanted to know how to stop recording what was on camera.
Prosecutors say the cameras recorded Hernandez holding a gun in his home, right after Odin Lloyd was shot and killed.
