CHELSEA, Mass. (AP) - A man who died after a freight elevator fell on him at a Chelseaproduce market has been identified as a 35-year-old maintenance manfrom Tyngsboro.
The Suffolk County District Attorney's Office says RobertSinclair was working in the elevator shaft when the elevator felland crushed him Friday afternoon.
The incident at State Garden Inc., a produce company locatedin the New England Produce Center, remained under investigationSunday.
The district attorney's office, Chelsea Police and U.S.Occupational Safety and Health Administration are reviewing theincident. No other injuries were reported.
