Jillian Andrews joined the 22News team in November 2020 as a Digital Multimedia Journalist. Before joining the WWLP team, Jillian received a master’s degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.
During her time at Syracuse, Jillian reported remotely for KOLR-TV in Springfield, Missouri as a Summer News Associate. Her stories focused on problems impacting Springfield, MI during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of the topics she covered included food insecurity and eviction bans.
Jillian received her undergraduate degree at St. Lawrence University. While at St. Lawrence, Jillian spent much of her time singing and acting. She has Bachelor of Arts in Performance and Communications and a Minor in Studio Art.
Jillian loves to cook and bake with her friends and family. She also loves to travel and to spend time with her dog “Fluff.” Jillian is excited to be Working for You.
