Katrina Kincade

Katrina Kincade joined the 22News team in June 2019 as a digital reporter. Prior to 22News, Katrina interned at NBC4 and WJLA in Washington D.C. She also worked at Somerville Neighborhood News as a Multimedia Journalist. Originally from Boston, Katrina is excited to be back in Massachusetts and “Working for You.”

Katrina graduated from American University in Washington D.C. with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in sociology. At American University, Katrina was the president of an all-women’s publication and spearheaded their first podcast. She also won a Rodger Streitmatter Journalism Award for her storytelling.

While in Washington, D.C., Katrina covered the Kavanaugh protests, the government shutdown of 2019, and lead a college mold investigation.

Katrina loves going to Martha’s Vineyard in the summer, which she has done since she was a child. She has a rescue cat named Daisy, and she is a huge fan of the Red Sox. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, painting, and craft cider.
