2. Find ways to deploy or use your strengths each day.
3. Volunteer and offer your time to a meaningful charity or social group.
4. Operate out the box, or in other words, get out of your comfort zone. This is where personal growth takes place.
5. Look for the purpose or meaning in things that happen in your life. Ask the right question when life situations occur and you’ll begin to see the purpose of life events!
