An easy and cheap Valentine’s Day dessert that your sweetie is sure to eat up! Cathie Cappa, Owner and Chef at Auntie Cathie’s Kitchen in West Springfield, shows us how to make chocolate pudding.

Chocolate Pudding

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup cornstarch

1/4 cup cocoa

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 3/4 cups dairy-free milk

3 ounces chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix the sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, and salt together in a bowl. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients to the saucepan, and continually stir until the mixture resembles pudding.
