(Mass Appeal)   The 1920 presidential election was the first where women could vote and more than 8 million women across the U.S. voted for the first time.  We talked with Carrie Baker, an associate professor of Woman’s Studies at Smith College in Northampton about the evolving voting rights of women in the United States.
