Curried beef with squash

Chef John Slattery brings us a flavorful beef curry. It pairs well with the mushroom rice pilaf he also prepared on today’s program.

Curried Beef
1 pound lean beef in thin strips
2 tablespoons Garam Masala
1 tsp curry powder
pepper
salt
2 cups kale
1 cup cooked squash
1 oz lemon juice
1 tbs Lemmon zest

Heat skillet or wok… toss beef in spices and add to hot 
pan… cook about 2 minutes.. add squash cubes and then add
greens… cook about one more minute. Serve over rice
