2 cups milk
1/2 cup cream
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk powder
1.25 cups peanut butter
1.5 bananas
1/16th teaspoon xanthan gum
pinch saltDirections:
Warm the milk and whisk in the sugar, milk powder, and xanthian gum. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend with a stick blender. Refrigerate until very cold. Freeze in your ice cream maker according to your manufacturers instructions.
