(Mass Appeal) – For many years we’ve been told that we should be trying to walk 10,000 steps per day to maintain good health. A recent study issued by research conducted at UMass Amherst might claim otherwise. Here with details is a member of the research team, Dr. Amanda Paluch, Assistant Professor of kinesiology in the School of Public Health and Health Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
