Fitness Friday: A glute and leg workout

(Mass Appeal) – For today’s Fitness Friday, personal trainer and fitness expert Laurent Vitrac of Next Fitness joined us to demonstrate the best workout for legs and glutes.

Vitrac stated that the squat is the king of all exercises and showed us how to squat with proper form. Next, we worked each leg in a lunge.

Finally, we did hip thrusts, squeezing at the top.
