(Mass Appeal) – For today’s Fitness Friday, Shelia Magalhaes from Heartsong Yoga joined us with an active routine to get your blood flowing and to beat the winter chills!

Magalhaes led us through a vinyassa through of a sun salutation into some warrior poses.

The moves definitely got our blood flowing and afterward it was easy to loose the late fall chills!
