(Mass Appeal) – It’s Fitness Friday and we asked personal trainer and fitness expert Laurent Vitrac of Next Fitness to demonstrate a workout for your legs and glutes.

Vitrac showed us a challenging workout involving a series of lunges, starting with simple ones and ending with a more challenging jump lunge.

Vitrac also demonstrated kick-backs, an effective way to strengthen your glutes and therefore improve balance.
