Fitness Friday: Toning with hand weights

(Mass Appeal) – For Fitness Friday, we took our workout outside the 22News Studio! Elizabeth Lenart, from Elizabeth Lenart Fitness, joined us to show how use hand weights to sculpt and tone.

Lenart showed us a few compound exercises, which work both the upper and the lower body.

In addition to using the weights, Lenart we did push ups, jumping jack planks and waist-whittling Russian twists.
