(Mass Appeal) – A big Thanksgiving meal can leave you feeling bloated and sluggish the next day, so join us in a yoga routine that helps aid digestion. Shelia Malgahaes, owner of HeartSong Yoga, led the practice.

Malgahaes ran through a series of poses that work to help our body through the process of digestion.
