Homestyle Meatballs with Little Mark’s Big BBQ

A great meatball recipe can be hard to come by, so George Giotsas, the Owner, chef, and pitmaster of Little Mark’s Big BBQ showed us how to make his Homestyle Meatballs.

Homestyle Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:
2 Pounds Ground Beef
1 Onion Grated
2 Cloves Garlic Grated
2 Cups Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
¼ cup Parsley Chopped 
2 tbsp. Fresh mint chopped
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp. Salt
Flour to dust meatballs
Olive Oil to Cook

DIRECTIONS:
Combine the bread crumbs, milk, eggs and spices and mix together
Add your ground beef and knead until mixed thoroughly
Roll Meatballs into 1-ounce size (about an inch round)
Dust with the flour and put into the hot olive oil and cook thoroughly while turning them over time to time
