Train for Life in Chicopee is hosting a workshop on the Wim Hof Method. The Wim Hof Method is a way to train your body to relax through breath control. Here to tell us more about the process is Instructor Samuel Whiting and Drew McConaha, Owner of Train for Life. Drew climbs into an ice bath to demonstrate the technique.

The Wim Hof Method consists of breathing techniques, mindset, commitment, and gradual cold exposure training to help you gain unprecedented control over your ability to remain calm under distress and to expand far beyond the limits you thought possible. Learn the tools and techniques that are backed by science and tested in nature. Train for Life will be holding a Wim Hof Fundamentals workshop on Sunday, March 24th from 10AM – 3PM. Their facility is located at 340 McKinstry Ave, Suite 220 in Chicopee.
