Local History: Exploring 250 Years of the Art and Need for Quilting

Mass Appeal

(Mass Appeal) – There’s a new exhibit at Memorial Hall Museum in Deerfield that tells the story of quilting in New England over the last two and a half centuries. It looks at how people, predominantly women, expressed their values and aspirations through the art of quilting.

Joining today’s show to talk about it with us is the Curator of Memorial Hall Museum, Ray Radigan.
