Buckley Healthcare Center’s Seasons Restaurant Head Chef Mike Harrison shows us how to make meatloaf sliders with a sweet and savory glaze.
Meatloaf Sliders With Coca-Cola Ketchup Glaze
– 1 tbl Siracha
– 1 Cup Ketchup
– ½ Cup Coca-Cola
– 2 lbs of ground beef
– 2 Eggs, beaten
– 1 cup panko or any bread crumbs
– ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
– ¼ cup chopped parsley
– ¼ cup minced garlic
– 1 finely chopped onion
– 1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tsp kosher salt
– potato slider buns
1.) Make the ketchup glaze: Whisk together the ketchup, Coca-Cola and siracha, set aside.
2.) Make the meatloaf sliders: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a heavy sheet pan.
3.) In a large bowl, gently mix together all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Make slider size patties about 2 ½ to 3 inches each. (about 15 sliders).
4.) Take a few large onions and cut them into ¼ inch slices for the sliders to sit and cook on. Place the sliders on prepared onions and spoon ketchup evenly over each slider.
5.) Bake in preheated oven until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Serve on slider buns.
