Puppet Festival at the Springfield Museums. February 15-19.
Featuring the region’s finest puppet ensembles. Performances include a mashup of Little Red Riding Hood and the Gingerbread Man by Barefoot Puppets, and shows by Wayne Martin’s Puppets and Puppet Showplace Theater, among others. There’s also live animal demonstrations and plenty of hands-on art and science activities, and the new exhibit “Wolf to Woof: The Story of Dogs.”
