For this Fitness Friday, Shelia Magalhaes of Heartsong Yoga joined us to show a routine that’s perfect for people of all abilities. Shelia demonstrated a sequence done in a chair, so it’s perfect for when you get up in the morning and are still a little unsteady on your feet or if you have limited mobility. The stretches are simple yet extremely effective.
