CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) – The human body is designed to move, but most of our modern activities have us sitting, such as working at a desk, driving, and watching TV. Pain Specialist Ginny Hamilton showed us two simple sets of gentle stretches to help loosen up the stiff and sore spots.
