This pumpkin crunch recipe will be a hit for dessert!

Claudine Gaj from Magic Spoon Catering is here with one of her most popular and requested recipes; pumpkin crunch!

Pumpkin crunch

16 oz canned pumpkin 
1 1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla 
12 ox can evaporated milk
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 cake mix yellow
1/2 cup chopped pecans 
3/4 cup melted butter


Melt butter and set aside
In a bowl whisk together first 7 ingredients.  I like using an emersion blender or a hand mixer.  
Pour into 9X 13 pan  
Mix together cake mix and nuts  sprinkle over pumpkin mix
drizzle with butter 

350 for 50 minutes 
Serve warm for best flavor
