Gut Healthy Smoothie

400 ml whole milk yoghurt and/or skyr.
1 cup water
1 tsp black salt
1 tsp Fadia’s spring spice mix
1/2 inch piece of ginger
2 green chillies, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
Fresh mint
Fresh coriander
Sprinkle of pomegranates
