(Mass Appeal) – We like to make sure to show you various types of exercises in the hopes that you might find one that you can relate to that will help you stay active and physically fit. This next one is called Tai Chi and it introduces us to gentle, thoughtful, movements that anyone can do.
Today we welcomed Janet Aalfs, a Tai Chi Shinshii from Heron’s Bridge, to the show to introduce us to this ancient form.
