Here’s the recipe for Cathie Cappa’s delicious Dutch Baby:
2 tbs Dairy free butter
1/3 cup Rice flour
1/3 cup Tapioca flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Milk or dairy free alternative
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In cast iron or baking dish, add dairy free butter and heat in the oven until sizzling.
In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Then wisk in eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Pour into baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until puffy and golden brown. Top with fruit, honey, or maple syrup.
