CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – The Springfield Fire Department went to an accident on I-91 North in Chicopee early Thursday night.

According to the department’s social media, four people were extracted and had to be taken to the hospital. The accident took place at 6:38 p.m. and all occupants were sent to a hospital nearby, according to Massachusetts State Police.

The car was a 2002 Ford Mustang. The driver was a 24-year-old from Holyoke, and two passengers were a Juvenile, a 23-year-old male from Springfield, and a 19-year-old from Holyoke.
