SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Springfield Narcotics Detectives arrested three suspects Thursday night they believe to be the “Vibrator Bandits” from West Springfield.

According to Springfield Police Sgt. John Delaney, around 7:00 p.m., Narcotics Detectives watching for drug deals on State Street, recognized the three suspects from the surveillance photos shown on 22News Wednesday night.

The three are believed to have taken several sex toys and lubricant from the CVS on Riverdale Street in West Springfield. On Thursday, Sgt. Delaney said they were allegedly seen on surveillance near the “Family Dollar” parking lot conducting a drug deal.

Detectives arrested all three suspects; 27-year-old Kristy Beck of Ware, 27-year-old Anthony Caputo of Ludlow, and 25-year-old Charles Paine of Palmer. Sgt. Delaney 2 rocks crack cocaine and 3 suboxone strips were seized, but no vibrators.

Beck faces the following charges:

  • Possession of Crack Cocaine
  • Possession of a Class “B” Substance Suboxone

Caputo faces the following charges:

  • Possession of Class “B” Crack Cocaine

Paine faces the following charges:

  • Possession of Crack Cocaine

West Springfield Police were notified of the arrest, and will seek complaints against them on Friday in Springfield District Court. They’re being held in Springfield Police lock-up until their arraignment.
